For those who have not read the brief history of my skin being a total disaster, feel free to check it out here.
My mother introduced me to this brand somewhere in 2010 and we have been members since. From the point of view from someone who has to be picky about cleaning products, the few items listed in my personal recommendations... I would kill someone for them! I spritz everything with Sol-U-Guard even my keyboard, the equipment in the office, tables, chairs, the telephone... everything! Less germs means less bleeding skin surfaces for me.. WIN!
Sol-U-Mel kills them odors off and leaves the lovely smell of tea tree oil all around. I know some people don't like this smell and some of my colleagues even says it smells like a hospital around my work area but hey... guess what?? My skin isnt itching or bleeding so too bad for your nose :P
Next up in the skin department is one of the most sensitive parts... around the eyes. I am not too sure about everyone else but even branded eye make up removers, sting like a *beep* and for the next hour or so I feel like I am half blind cause my vision is blurry. Then I started using body lotion to loosen up the makeup before rinsing with water but that left the areas around my eyes a little too oily and the ladies should know... oily skin SHOWS! Using facial cream was not too brilliant either cause it may leave me bankrupt from the amount I need to use to get the makeup off.
So I tried the Facial Cleansing oil in Melaleuca's Sri Bella range and like a miracle, I just use that on my face before I rinse off with my very own LushEss soap.. and wah la! No more feeling like the skin around my eyes are an oil sack and the best part is... I CAN SEE CLEARLY. Minus the sting!
To those who know me personally, my hair... or the lack of it is due to oily scalp. Even hair dressers tell me not to use hair conditioner. Of course I had managed to find a shampoo that does not still leave my hair so oily that its sticking to my scalp again in an hour nor one that makes it so dry that it gets itchy buy hey, the Afina shampoo from Melaleuca does a good job. My hair is not so oily that I have to shampoo 3 times a day and lose MORE hair nor does it make me feel like a chimpanzee, scratching my head all the time.
For more details on the specific items I use, go to the My Recommendations tab. Again, these are my personal preferences because I have to pick and choose what I use on my all too PMS skin. For the full range of products, check out the official website here and if you want to know more about how we can save money while making money with products we use on a daily basis, feel free to drop me a message or email.
